With waxing treatments, the softer the skin, the better the result. For facial waxing clients, for this reason please moisturise well the night before.

If you’ve plucked or shaved the area you’ve booked to have waxed before your treatment, you’ll need to allow for enough growth for the waxing to work effectively.

Please stop using any acid products or skin peels around 3 to 4 days before your waxing appointment; this will help to prevent post-waxing skin irritation.

POLICY

NO-SHOWS, LATE CANCELLATIONS, & LATE ARRIVALS

• If you do not show up to an appointment the remaining balance of the service booked will be charged to your card on file as a cancellation fee.
• If you are having trouble finding the location please call me. Again my number is (416) 826-9418. Do not text or DM me. Please call!
• Texting, emailing or dming me is not a valid form of cancellation. It must be done through the booking site. If you are running late please call!! Again the number is 416-826-9418. Do not DM or text. Please call.
• Clients who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged the remaining balance of the service booked.
• If you are a no-show and your card gets declined you will not be allowed to book appointments with me in the future
